For Rest Trails is a well-furnished four-bedroom with a three and a half bath mountain home with an extra bonus kids room with TV and futon located close to the North Gate, Wildcat pool and recreation fields, and Wildcat hiking trails! This is your place to get away and enjoy the great outdoors. Find sanctuary in the charm that this home provides; sitting in the family room, having a relaxing bath, or sipping a glass of wine by the fireplace. You will feel truly at home and at peace for your quiet getaway to Big Canoe!

THE SPACE:
To the right of the front entrance is a game room with a dartboard and air hockey game. A half bath and utility room with a washer and dryer. The front hallway then opens to a living room with a wood fireplace and large flat screen TV. The eating area and the open furnished kitchen seats four to six at the table, two at one bar, and three at the second bar. The master is on this same main floor with a king bed and TV. The master bath has a large jetted tub and cedar walkin closet. Upstairs has two queen bed bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower and tub combination and two vanities. The extra bonus loft kids room has a futon, TV, and pack and play. The downstairs has a large living area, the full bath has an antique sink in the hallway. The second master bedroom downstairs has a king bed and a separate bathroom with a short. The house is dog friendly with a fenced backyard. We ask that your dog be kept in a dog crate at night if you leave the house.

THE AREA:
Big Canoe is an 8,000-acre wildlife gated community in the hardwood forest of the Blue Ridge Mountains just north of Atlanta. There is a stock with a trout fishing lake, marina, and rental boats available. Big Canoe has over twenty-four miles of maintained hiking trails and plenty of wildlife including deer, black bears, and turkey. As a renter, you have access to all of the Big Canoe amenities paid directly for each amenity. I'm sorry, but we do not offer any passes with the rental. We are more than happy to offer our recommendations about the local area and answer any questions you have about the unit or the complex itself. OCCUPANCY:
This unit allows 10 overnight guests. Feel free to have guests over, however, in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 10 people overnight in the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction. PET Fee: $100 per dog.

RESORT-LIKE AMENITIES:
We have 3 golf courses, 5 lakes, hiking trails, a wellness center, yoga, indoor & outdoor pools, sauna, saline whirlpool, tennis & pickleball courts, bocce courts, Jeep Trail, dog park, beach, water slide.

PARKING:
The driveway can accommodate four cars so we recommend that any additional cars park in the lower Chapel parking lot. We are located in a cluster home community so the houses are close together.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Big Canoe to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 30 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 30 or older. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

SECURITY:
This home only has outward facing security cameras. There are no cameras inside the home.
